7:00 am – Lemon water
7:15 am – Breathwork / meditation / dry brush
8:30 am – Green juice (greens, apple, cucumber, celery)
9:30 am – Natural coconut water
11:00 am – Superfood smoothie (usually with spirulina)
12:30 pm – Red hibiscus tea
2:00 pm – Afternoon juice (carrot, beet, orange, turmeric, ginger)
3:30 pm – Herbal tea (burdock root, nettle, or juanilama)
5:00 pm – Apple-cucumber liver-cleansing juice
6:00 pm – Potassium broth (warm, with Himalayan salt)

SHANKHA PRAKSHALANA
This is a yogic master cleanse consisting in drinking salty water, practicing specific exercises and emptying your bowels several times until your stool is as clear as the water you drink.
after a successful cleanse, kunjal neti is recommended to cleanse the excess of water in the stomach.
jala neti will be performed followed by 30m guided yoganidra.

then the first meal served is khichdi which is a mix of very soft rice & lentils served with ghee.
